Hi, I'm jonna.

Smiling woman with long brown hair in a colorful top, standing in front of a wooden fence.

I used to think I had to do it all. To hold everything and everyone together. To think through every possible contingency. And make it all look effortless.

If you've ever felt that, you already know the cost of it.

I built a thirty-year career in wellness program management, coaching, and digital health, most of it in corporate leadership roles. I hold a B.S. in Health Science, along with years of graduate study in psychology. On paper, I was exactly the kind of person who should have had this figured out. I didn't.

Two marriages ended before I understood the pattern underneath them. At thirty-eight, six weeks pregnant, I found out my husband wasn't who I thought he was, and I became a single mother in the middle of a demanding career and a very deep betrayal. I did what I knew how to do: I held it together, buried the rest, and kept pushing through.

Years of therapy helped me understand my patterns completely. I could explain them fluently. I just kept living them out anyway, on a loop, no matter how much insight I collected. If you've ever left a therapy session understanding yourself perfectly, and then watched yourself do the exact same thing a week later, you know what I'm talking about. The space between understanding a pattern and actually being free of it is what I'd eventually build my coaching practice around.

Something shifted after my first ayahuasca ceremony, in a way I'd never experienced in years of therapy. I went deep into researching psychedelics and healing, which eventually led me to microdosing: small, intentional doses I could fold into my actual life. No vacation time. No weeklong trip to Peru required. I started with no guide, just pieced together whatever information I could find online and built my own plan. I was already deep into mindfulness and meditation at the time, and adding microdosing practice took me much deeper. It started showing me exactly where I'd been abandoning myself to keep everyone else comfortable.

The clearest proof came on a call with my boss, the CEO of a company I'd told myself I couldn't afford to leave. Something clicked. The discomfort I'd been carrying wasn't the job, it was that the job was pushing me out of integrity with myself, and no salary was worth that. I gave notice that day. I'd never imagined leaving without another job lined up, but I felt a clear knowing that it was the right move. I was both terrified and at peace at the same time. That was the moment I understood I could live from trust instead of letting fear run the show.

I've since trained formally in microdosing and psychedelic integration coaching, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems, on top of my original coaching certification. All of it builds on what I first learned in my own body. This work matters to me because I've been exactly where you are. I've moved through the hard parts, the painful parts, and I want to walk you through to the other side.

I live in Denver with my fifteen-year-old daughter, closer to peace and truth than I ever thought possible. I protect that peace on purpose now: mornings in the garden, whipping up magical healing concoctions with plants and herbs, yoga, hiking, cooking, time with the people I love.

I don't have it all figured out. I'm still growing and learning, same as you. What I do have is thirty years of holding everything together, the lived experience of setting that down, and the training to walk you through it, at your own pace, in your real life, without blowing anything up. Unless you want to. 😉

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear your story and see how I can support you.

My Approach

Your protocol should be built around you, your specific needs and lifestyle, not pulled from a generic chart off a forum or an app. We’ll start by talking through your health history, medications, your goals and intentions. We’ll then run a few trials together to find the dose and protocol that actually fits your life. From there, we keep adjusting, because what works in week one may need to shift by week six.

Each week, I'm with you: tracking what's shifting, helping you notice the patterns and old habits that surface as the medicine does its work, hold space for you to process. I’ll bring in nervous-system-informed tools, mindfulness, somatic work, and parts work as needed. We move at whatever pace works for you. I’m by your side to support you along the way.

Not sure if I'm the right guide for you? Let's start with a free 20-minute conversation and see if we're a good fit.
